I've roasted in the oven, with and without an oven bag. I've smoked it in an electric smoker, excellent. Best way is in the crock-pot.

I brine my turkey first (overnight) mix butter, rosemarym thyme and sage together and smear it under the skin and hen roast.

When I make a turkey, I just plop it in a roasting pan, rub some butter all over it, and leave it in the oven. I never check on it or baste it. It gets sooooo juicy.

My Uncle deep fries the turkey when he hosts..YUM!

Last 2 years I have brined my turkey. i always baste it with butter, lots of it.

Crock pot???? Is it moist???

Stuffed and oven roasted just like House Elf. Basted often with butter, its always golden brown on the outside and yummy good on the inside, lol.

Stuffed with 3 different stuffings, covered in butter and bacon then roasted for what seems like forever :grin:

I roast my turkey in the oven. When the turkey is nearly done I take the cover off so that it gets that nice brown coat. I also like to put honey over it and stuff it with crab stuffing. I have had the fried turkey before. Very delicious.

We usually alway oven roast ours but this year Im considering using my moms new rotiserrie... That way I would have more oven room...

Stuffed and oven roasted...with probably too much butter...but it is sooooo good!

Stuffed with herbs, rubbed with herb butter and oven roasted. It's a recipe that I got from Sandra Lee. It makes the house smell ssooo good. Yummy!
