We're getting closer to the end of our year long journey! For the last month of The Happiness Project, Gretchen spent pulling together the previous 11 months of tasks. She went through everything she had done with a fine toothed comb and made tweaks where she needed. This month's theme is: Boot Camp Perfect. Corresponding reading pages: 277-289.
Of course, Gretchen realized that nothing would ever be perfect. And she would never do all her resolutions perfectly.
For each week this month I will list areas that we worked on so we can each recheck to see how we are doing. Last week, we reexamined: Boost Energy, Remember Love, Aim Higher, and Lighten Up, Be Serious About Play, Make Time for Friends, Buy Some Happiness.
This week will revisit:
* Contemplate the Heavens
* Pursue a Passion
This Month's Resolution: Boot Camp Perfect
This Week's Thought: One reason why it's not selfish to strive to be happier: When we're happy, we're more likey to want to make others happy.
