I need help with a costume

My son just informed me that he wants to dress up like Igor for Halloween. Has anyone ever made this costume? Shouldn't be too hard, but does anyone have any ideas for me?

I'm guessing maybe a dark oversized sweatshirt so you could out the pillow in the back for the hump and some dark shorts and leggings (it appears to be) and some black sneakers with stripes(?)

Ms. Speedy, I think him seeing the commercials for this movie is what put the idea in his head. I was looking on other sites and kept seeing the Igors from old movies. This character appears to be a lot simpler to make. Thanks for the suggestions, we'll try the sweatshirt and shorts with leggings idea. He has a pair of black shoes and we can just put some of the reflective silver tape across them.
