In search of a bread maker

I'd love a bread maker, but I have no idea what to look for. I don't want to do anything fancy; just make a loaf of bread once a week.

I've seen some that have settings for jam/pasta/and cakes!

I'm in the UK, so not sure what differences there would be in brands.

Can anyone recommend one or give me some tips on what to look for?

I have the cuisinart bread maker Model # CBK-100 and I absolutely love it. I have had it for about 5 years now and love making pizza dough and bread with it.

Sometimes I bake the bread in the machine and other times I let the machine kneed and proof the dough and then I transfer the dough to a bread pan and bake in the oven.

It's also great to mix, kneed and proof the dough for dinner rolls.

We have a Breville bread maker. Quite basic and makes a small loaf which is ideal for us. Not sure if that brand is available where you are located.
