Sunday
-- leftover pizza, salad
Monday -- Cavatapi, salad (Since I"m not making cavatapi for Sunday dinner as was planned, I shifted it to Monday.)
Tuesday -- chicken on the grill, rice, veggie skewers, salad
Wednesday -- 1/2 of a marinated pork tenderloin (other 1/2 to freezer), baked apple, stuffing, coleslaw (OR, may have dinner with DD & DSIL for her birthday; he's traveling this week, so not sure what the schedule is or if they'll want to celebrate it alone)
Thursday -- mac & cheese topped with BBQ pulled pork (from leftovers), salad or slaw
Friday -- tomato tart**, salad
Saturday -- steak on grill, baked potato, salad
Sunday -- leaving it open

We had DDs and families visiting for the last month, so our meal planning was pretty much day-to-day and who felt like cooking. Now it's time to do some real planning.
