My word for 2012 is treasure. The last two years, friends and I have gotten together for lunch on New Years Day...the first year was quiet an adventure and ended up in a 12 hour road trip...all spontaneous...the second year my friends helped me get started on my 2011 Word QUEST....by taking me on a surprise quest...complete with clues etc.
Today we are having lunch and I'm not sure where all it will take us. I have two little gift bags for our "treasure hunt". Inside one are questions that the person who draws the slip answers....we will do this off and on throughout lunch...some of them everyone has to answer.
The second bag has vague clues...like...."A place for a good group picture" OR "A place you used to go all the time but don't anymore." The person who draws the slip has to direct us on the next leg of the treasure hunt. There are no right or wrong ansers...each person just decides....
