packaging leftovers

I usually make enough for dinner that I am able to send everyone home with a small bag of leftovers. I buy brown paper bagw with handles and let DS and DD decorate them with foam stamps. One year I was lucky enough to find some fall themed gift bags on mark down and used them instead. I buy those disposable rubbermaid containers with two compartments. After dinner, I fill the containers as I am putting up the leftovers and put them in the bag. I also include some holiday colored plastic silverware and napkins (usually left over from setting the table). Then I round it out with a couple of Clementines and a pumpkin muffin or a small loaf of date nut bread.

Anyone else like to send guests home with leftovers?

I've only hosted Thanksgiving a few times but I did send leftovers. Mine wasn't as planned as yours. I had saved cool whip and other bowls all year. I may be hosting again this year.
