Saturday Dinner- What are you having

I haven't seen this thread for awhile. Thought I would start it for today.

I'm going to make:

Shrimp, asparagus, tomatoes, sauteed with butter, garlic, a splash of white wine
Served over pasta.

What are you having for dinner tonight?

I think we'll have bbq chicken, stuffing and green beans. I really need to get back to my meal planning!

We had lunch at a restaurant for lunch and my guys brought home leftovers. I will only have to cook for myself. I think I will have a taco salad and an apple with some peanut butter.

I"m doing a roast Irish style and I'm going to try and attempt to make some bread as well. Oh..and the "worlds best mashed potatoes" another Irish dish in the book. Guess we'll see?
