I do not usually make eggs for Easter but if the thrift store has ties I just might try this.

I was looking at the thrift store and the bigger stores are charging 2 and 3 dollars for a tie still. Maybe some of the smaller indendent stores would have them cheaper. It would be expensive otherwise.

I saw this post on Friday a.m. and when I ran to town I went to a Goodwill store and got 6 ties for 25 cents apiece. Posted about this on my blog that day. I haven't tried it yet. Will wait till closer to Easter.
