Good day!

What's cooking at your house today?

I'm planning Weeknight Lasagna Toss (recipe on my blog), which is our new family favorite, Tossed Salad and Garlic Toast. I hope to get a Cinnamon Raisin Bread baking too, so we can have that for dessert.

For dinner it's macaroni with bell peppers, tomato sauce, mushrooms & ground beef.

Supper is yet to be determined.

Pork Loin with gravey, butter beans, corn, cream potaotes.

I've got share something funny, my ODS is the one that is dieting with me; well yesterday he stopped by home for lunch with one of the guys he works with. Anyway they were in the kitchen and I heard Eric getting him to taste my pie and cookies, he was just bragging on how good they were when I heard him say "see why it's so easy to get fat in this house", he's crazy!
