Good day!

What's cooking at your house today? I know Sparklenana is attending a brunch today and having Thai tonight. Since it's Sunday we're having Pasta. Today will be Penne with Meat sauce, and Veal Cutlets. I'll make mine parm, but dh prefers his without cheese and sauce. I got a steal on veal scallopini yesterday. It was bogo at the grocery so I paid 5 dollars for a pound...quite the steal.

Blessings,
Lisa

I have a roast defrosting but pasta sounds much better and so easy.

Arkansas-Go Razorbacks! Whoo Pig Sooie!
We had roast beef cooked with potatoes, carrots and onions, green beans, salad and crescent rolls for lunch. Not sure what dinner will be...Sunday nights are usually catch as catch can-each "man" fends for himself. I have plenty of ham, turkey, deli roast beef, tuna, hot dogs, peanut butter, canned soup, frozen waffles and leftovers from lunch. I'm not cooking again! DS17 calls it an "eating what you can find" meal. Exactly.

I ended up doing pasta for brunch around 2 p.m.
Now if anyone needs a bite it can be the Cream of Broccoli soup I made yesterday with all the leftover veggies from the refrig.

Well, it was an easy lunch with mac and cheese and diced ham leftover from Christmas I took out of freezer.

Dinner around here is if you are hungry, find something yourself. :)
