What's cooking at your house tonight? We're having pork chops and scalloped potatoes with steamed carrots. The recipe for the pork chops is on my blog. It's one of our family favorites.

I think tonight will be mosta...., salad and garlic bread.

I was going to do manicotti but do not have the noodles for that. So.... Was going to fix it this a.m. and they would just have to put into the oven. This I will make when I get home.

Teens will be eating at grandma's, so DH will have chicken vol aux vents & I'll eat leftovers.

I'd like to do breakfast for dinner. Good comfort food for a sick DH and a rainy day.

I ended up making chinese food last night on a whim so tonight will be spaghetti. I made sweet and sour chicken, chow mein, and stir fried veggies... YUM! I am off to see if there are any left-overs.

Using food storage, so we had BBQ pork sandwiches made with our canned pork. Pretty yummy...Still not sure what to do with the Beef, but we love the Pork and Chicken. Makes soups sooooo easy!
