I'm making Cheese Chicken Enchiladas tonight. I finally found the soup needed for the recipe that is gluten free. Last time I made them the stores only had the lite version of the soup which is not gf. Strange but true.

Our church staff had a huge buffet of Chinese the other night. When we showed up for our meeting, the pastor told us to take some home.

So, that's what I'm having before heading to weekly women's group.

I am hoping this posts. So nice there is no dance tonight we will be having Spaghetti, Chicken Parmesan and garlic toast. I can't wait!

It is Friday night here- and back to swim club- we usually get take out of some type but DS has requested that I cook sausages (YUK- he loves them I hate them) with potato, gravy, bread rolls and peas. I might do me a steak!
