Got this book from the Library this week. I am really enjoying it so far. I am keen to try and implement a few of the ideas into my daily life. The book had to go back next week so I hope I finish it by then.
Mel - I've decided to start it in January. Between all the other books and magazines I need to read/go through I thought it would be fun to have the book to look forward to after the holidays.
Dont waste your money AnnieClaus. I got it and most of it was the story of the authors happiness and what SHE could do and did personally. Actually I could relate to very little of it although some of you might relate better, but honestly to me it was the same self help positive talk that has been written about ad naseum. Like I said, just my opinion but a total waste of time and money.
Punxsy-
I have read the book and I ABSOLUTLY do know what you mean.
And I DO think the book is more about that author's personal journey into what made HER happy.
After reading it, I really had to think if it was something that we could follow and learn from. I came to the conclusion that it is- it is up to each person to define what happiness is for them. What makes my co-worker happy, might not make me happy. The journey is in discovering that.
I am still committed to leading whomever at MHH wants to follow the book and program for 2011.
