If you want to keep your leftovers use them or get ready to toss them tomorrow or Monday. Turkey does not keep long in the refrig but 3 to 4 days. Turkey gravy only 1 to 2 days. Mashed potatoes 3 to 4 days (remember they are not just potatoes in them--add eggs and some flour and fry patties for breakfast tomorrow). Cranberry sauce will keep 10 to 14 days. My cranberry sauce didn't make it to sundown on Thanksgiving. I found out leftover whipped cream and cranberry sauce goes together very well.

Ham only keeps 3 to 4 days in the refrig also. So freeze it or toss it. Make pea or bean soup with the bone or just add cubed ham. Freeze it for a fast dinner during the holidays.

Come on, Do it now or you'll keep putting it off.

This HamBone Soup looks good and easy since it's a crock pot recipe:

Could be done with leftover turkey too. Might be hard to pull out the bones. lol Maybe just cook the turkey bones first to make broth and then go with the rest of the recipe minus the water (or some of the water).

Glad to see people are taking care of their leftovers. Make and freeze some soup today.
