I think that's it for now. Not a very busy week this week until the end. I have house guests on Wednesday night into Thursday. We'll be out of town Friday and Saturday and then have house guests again on Saturday night into Sunday. I'm also supposed to meet up with an old friend on Friday or Saturday.

Monday:

[X] distribute pottery pieces
[X] carpool
Tuesday:
[X] DD to Russian lesson
[X] DS to lacrosse
[X] work on front flower beds
[X] volunteer at bingo
[X] errands
Wednesday:
[X] grocery
[X] book study
[X] DD piano
[X] AHG Awards Ceremony
Thursday:
[X] DS to lacrosse
[] finish up outside *has to wait-more rain today
[X] bag/box items for donation pick up tomorrow
Friday:
[X] general house keeping
Saturday:
[X] DD & DS6 to swim lessons
[X] DS12 2 lacrosse games

Back home. Today (the 14th) will be rest, laundry and happy memories of a wonderful trip.

(X) Tomorrow (the 15th) will be work in the office/guest room/ Christmas storage room

(X ) and more planting/ general work in the garden. (Lots of pruning, and planting petunias and another yellow rose.)

( ) Friday (the 16th) house blessing and

(X ) Colonoscopy. You may think this is awful but it is absolutely NOT BAD AT ALL. First, you get a medically supervised detox. (Cleans out your system, which is now also very trendy.) Then you go under anesthesia, so you don't know what is happening with the colonoscopy. And, if you have little polyps, they snip them out right then. If the little polyps are left alone, they grow into cancers. So you can actually prevent cancer with this test!

(X) Be driven home and take it very easy. (You are not supposed to go back to work after this test.)

(X) Saturday (17th) lots of gardening & organizing for Memorial Day Weekend Block Party.

(X ) Sunday (18th) House Blessing, and

(X ) Prepare for pizza party for neighborhood new family.

ok, made my list at home last night (to do from now 'til the end of the weekend - monday is a holiday)

Ordinary cleaning up:
- Bathroom (the kids will do the one downstairs)
- Vaccum everywhere upstairs (kids will do downstairs)
- Dust... my bedroom (kids will do theirs), office, hallway, kitchen, kitchenette, livingroom.
- Laundry (many, many loads)

Other:
- Have to do the hem of my DD's grad dress (and since I'm not very good at this... this might be take quite awhile)
- Have to do the hem on a pair of pants for me (bought them at a sale... for next winter corduroy $8 instead of $80.. yay for me!)
- Outside: clean up flower beds around the house, get the patio set out and the swing.
- Groceries
- Prepare food for the 1st few nights of the week and a few lunches.
- Change winter clothes with summer clothes in my wardrobe.

What I got done... since it is almost Thursday!

X- Painted my dining room (still not done)
X- Laundry
X- Changed the sheets on everyone's beds
X- Planted the tomatoes again (the dog messed with the first ones)
X- Set out the trash for large scale trash pick up (good-bye old uncomfy chairs)
X- Clean the bathrooms

Still need to do...
- Clean my office
-Scrub the kitchen floor (the wallpaper I am ripping off sticks to my feet and tracks in the kitchen)

I got everything on my list accomplished except my Garden Art Journal page and planting my herbs, which may still get done today.
