Didn't see a post so I started one. I was hoping to get some ideas for dinner. Nothing grabs me or sounds good. Could be because I just had lunch. Might just end up with a breakfast for dinner type of thing. I have some gluten free pancake mix but that even sounds to difficult for today.

I'm with ya, looking for something super simple. I'm thinking frozen waffles and microwaved bacon for the kids and Cream of Wheat and toast for me. I've been baking all day and feel a headache coming on again.

Thanks for starting the thread Deidra!

I was planning on having mini meatball sandwiches (pioneer woman), but our sub and pizza was delivered today so I figured we should eat that instead and I didn't stop for rolls. I just got home and my dad and bil are already here and I guess I have to feed them too. So now I'm not sure what to do...I'm not running to the store. So it'll probably be sub for the guys and pizza for me and the kids or hot dogs with baked beans for them...sigh

I'm meeting a CW after work for dinner.

We are going to a Mexican seafood restaurant.

They have a fish with a spicy rub on it that I like.

DH had some frozen leftover turkey, potatoes and sauarkruat. I had two pieces of Cinnamon toast. lol

Mini meatball subs sound good.
