1st Fall Saturday Dinners

What do you all have planned for dinner?

My dad and I are heading to Tucson for the University of Arizona football game. We are planning on stopping for a sandwich at a place called Egees. They do subs and grinders.

This week has been a lot of eating out and to be honest, I'm burnt out!!!!!

I look forward to getting some home cooking in next week!

We're having veggies in foil. I haven't made it in a while but we could all use the mega dose of veggies!

We had oven baked chicken, rice pilaf and candied carrots.

DS has a friend over, I gave them the choice between spaghetti or tacos. Their choice was tacos. So we had tacos and spanish rice. We just had this the other day, but they were happy.

Made a curry sweet potato soup with slices of baked ham and 'fried' apples.

Shrimp and Rice pilaf , when it cools off I am going to make some nice hearty meals !

I had DGS5 tonight, so I made fried chicken legs, mashed potatoes, and purple hull peas. All of those are things I knew he would eat.
