Finished my Christmas tablerunner for myself in a total of 4 hours! Pics up on my blog (minus one I forgot to add).

I added two more projects, one of which was commissioned of me. 2.5 hours put into it so far (Roxanne). Oh and I am scrapping two previously mentioned projects because I found better gift ideas for them.

Thanks Pattycakes. I checked the pattern and my bookmarked sites and couldn't find the blog I pulled the template from. It's one I stumbled upon, and can't recall the name. I did Google "oven mitt pattern", after I realized I lost the original site, and found several links that may work. If you Google it, you should find plenty of options.

hi all! for some reason I thought today was the end of the challenge...... my brain is in a fog. once again i cant use my dominate hand because its splinted (all my fingers down to my forearm) & bruised. hoping i can use it on monday a little. what i've seen you all are quite productive!! keep up the great work!

I have a folding card table from my dad. It's very nice but had a textured plastic insert on the top. I took this off, painted the top and wrote on it a history of where the table came from, who's art I stole for the top (from a nephew) and who painted it. Today I'm going to apply the Super Glaze. Suppose to be like 60 coats of varnish. Hopefully it will be warm enough for it to set. I've put if off all summer when it was so hot. lol

I love working on UFOs. It's just getting started that seem so hard.
