2015 - HHP - Week 12 - Dining Spaces

Here's my list for the week:

- Declutter and clean the dining room and keep up with the kitchen clutter and cleaning.
- Bring out serving utensils and dishes for Thanksgiving

- Finalize Thanksgiving Day menu and timeline.
- Work on a shopping list for Black Friday.

- Work on Christmas cards
- Wrap teachers' gifts
- Work on Christmas Eve menu, list of ingredients and review Christmas Eve preparation timeline
Nothing for me to do this week since we have already had Thanksgiving here in Canada and I don't have a dining room. The dining room is currently my DD's bedroom.
So, my focus this week is going to be painting and baking. The wood for all the window sills has been cut and put into place and we have brought some doors home from the storage unit and those need to be painted as well.

As Mel says our Thanksgiving is done. I just have a small dining room and it is in pretty good shape.
My focus next weekend (I rarely do stuff during the week except for Mondays), is decorating and cooking the BIG chicken my mom gave me and then I have to use that chicken to make some casseroles for the freezer. Plus the usual .. laundry, bathroom, vaccum... so a pretty full weekend next weekend.

I got my window sill painted yesterday and after it was dry the blind went up. We have been using a big piece of cardboard since we moved in.
I also got 2 doors painted as well.

I've got a conference this weekend starting Thursday night so I'm working a bit harder earlier in the week.

Pantry spaces - finish this up. New containers for the gluten free flours.
Update calendars & sync iPhones - Finding the instruction notes would be a good start.
Stocking Stuffers - Pick a shopping day for the candy.
Start Christmas Cards -- get one paragraph done.
Stocking Stuffer Lock box cleaned out - DONE THIS MORNING.

This week kind of fell apart, so the baking didn't get started. I am not doing to dwell on it, just move forward.
