4th of July Feasts

Any special foods being prepared in the good Ol U.S. of A in honor of the 4th of July?

We are heading to my nieces so it will be a little of this and a little of that. Stuff on the grill, a deep fried turkey, pasta salad. I'm bringing my traveling taco. Niece's request- every.single.time.
