So we are having friends over for a campfire Friday night as it is unseasonably warm. Thought we better get one more in before the crisp nights start.

What do you like to do when having a campfire? We will roast hot dogs, smores, dh is going to burn a "campfire" cd. Music that will be enjoyed by everyone.

We usually do marshmallows and smores. We also make mountain pies using a cast iron sandwich maker. Pizza and Apple are popular picks in our family. It's fun to pop popcorn over and open fire too.

Maybe you could tell ghost stories and sing .

Play games like 20 question's ,how about Telephone ,where someone whisper's something to the person setting next to them and it goes all around and see what it comes to be when it gets back to the first person. It may sound silly and childish ,but just think FUN! :-D

I do what the rest of you do. We love hot dogs, hobo pies (pizza, grilled cheese, cherry, apple), s'mores and just plain ole marshmallows lol. Nothing better than sitting around a campfire with friends.
