I'm not a chocolate and orange fan but if you could make those rocky road squares like this I'm definitly on board! The packaging really could make this a 'sweet' gift!

I think you can make it any way you'd like. I'm going make this with pistachios.

I have three of these in my refrig. I made them last night with almonds and candy ginger. Very good. I was doing this with items I had in the kitchen so I did not follow the recipe exactly. I used 8 oz of dark baking chocolate and 3/4 a brick of almond bark for the chocolate. Seems to have worked just fine. It was rather fun to make and not hard at all.

I will use more nuts and cookies for the batches at Christmas. This is a recipe where more is better.
