Here we are, our last day of Put it on a Shelf. Today we are going to talk about how to wish those cute little elves goodbye. There are a lot of different ways you can do this.

Again, you can choose to have your Elf leave whenever or however you would like. We choose to have ours depart on Christmas Eve with Santa. We put him under the tree, and he’s gone in the morning. You could leave a letter like when he arrived or a small gift to say goodbye. It really depends on your audience. You could pull a last minute grand prank if you are dealing with adults.
