Have any of you read these books? I saw the one they have for kids now and thought about picking it up. I wonder if our library has it so I could just borrow it.

I did get the first one and my daughter and I went thru it. I'ts really interesting to look at. It doesn't go necessarily by what you'd think. They consider overall nutrition rather then just calorie count. I learned some things. In fact I need to look at it again. I seen the second one,but didn't realize it was for kids. I do recommend it!
