Hey I've got some elves like that. It's a kit - 3 elves & a ladder bought à Sears a few years back.

Thanks for admiring our tree we worked so many hours on it. The elves came from a Christmas store in Tn. all those pieces are sold separate there. What you can't see in the pic is all the animation in the tree. the elves are climbing, spinning, teeter tottering, and balancing.
