If you ever get into the Chicagoland area, there is a great Italian deli/imports grocery in the far south suburbs, just a couple of miles north of I-80/Harlem Ave. They have a wonderful selection of pastas, sauces, etc., and make wonderful sub sandwiches that will easily feel 3-4, and lots of pre-made entrees. They also carry a wide variety of GF pasta. I don't know if they ship or not (they do cater), but it might be worth investigating if you're in the area. Unfortunately, they don't have any online order option. But, here's the link to their GF products page. https://www.rubinositalianimports.com/glutenfree.htmlStill have not found GF Cheese Tortelloni (R) which everyone who tries it seems to love. It also runs out fast so must be something restaurants are buying too.
What you have had that was GF and tasted great?
If I get down that way I will stop in.
