I fear losing my mind - also knowing something is true and not having anyone believe me.

Mine is quite odd, but I fear driving distances. I cannot drive very far from home. I hate driving in unfamiliar places. And mainly, I cannot drive on the interstate. I will drive many miles out of the way just to keep from having to go just one exit on the interstate. I have panic attacks if I have to drive the interstate, and if I am in an area with high traffic, I have panic attacks even if I am just a passenger.
