Gathering for Christmas in July 2009!

Wow we have 30 members signed up from different sights , not counting spouses or family members, If it is a maybe still let me know.
We have Santa reserved, CC came up with great welcome gifts, RadioJon D, & Jay from MMC are trying to set up a live radio feed so they can air live to everything on MCC radio while we are there. So we are doing great planning everything.

How is the planning for this coming along?

I would be interested to know how much this is going to be for the accomodation, as I am in UK I will need to take the cost of flights into consideration, am not sure if this will be beyond my budget or not.

Is it possible to post a few more details?

Hi,
I would love to go also, my husband and I, me for all the fun gatherings and he wants to veg out in the room and relax away from home. We love Pigeon Forge !!! Do, I need to make the reservations myself and do I mention this gathering when doing so ?? Cant wait.
