To all you Canadians Happy Turkey Day. First Monday of the Month. How are you celebrating Turkey Day?

I'm making stock with my left over chicken from our Sunday dinner. Going to fill the house with the smells of comfort.

.... for now I'll be doing GPD and Rudolph day (it's quit alot when you've never done any of this before!).... and I'm still having a hard time keeping up!
