For anyone who still utilizes the print outs, the HGP calendars for 2024 were posted on July 24th at https://holidaygrandplan.com/calendar-checklists/. But there is an issue with the link for page 1. Several people have commented on it and I trust that the issue will be resolved in the next day or so. But, if you want to get a jump on your planning, the "official" HGP start date this year is Sept. 1, 2024.

Thank you for the link. Hard to believe we are just about a month away. I work from my daily planner and a few personal list but like knowing where to find them (checklists) as a reference. I’ve already started just because life seems to get in my way.
I need to print out my 'Ber' month calendar and in it I write all that needs to be done... holiday prep, halloween prep, Fall work, activities, parties... love writing it all down with different colors...
I have been working on HGP prep for a few weeks now. I will be starting mid August as we miss 2 weeks in September due to being on a cruise. I did not completely finish last year but I am determined to achieve all I can for this year. I will concentrate mainly on the cleaning aspect.
I've had the itch to start the Holiday Grand Plan, so I'm going to whilst the motivation is there 
since I don't follow all the weeks (small house), I've tweaked the plan. I added in a declutter week, so I may start that tomorrow

My notebook is out on the deck. I've got pages 2 & 3 of the calendar printed and inserted, waiting on page 1 to come (via email?) next week. I've got my list for Porch & Patio week already written out. Just hoping that the August heat and humidity breaks before I start in earnest.

Thanks for this! I've been following the HGP since the mid-1990s, if not a few years earlier. Was not aware of the Prodigy origins (though I do remember dial-up modems and dot/slash commands). The original text is very familiar to me and I have a lot of it printed out and in my notebook. But reading this certainly brings back the importance of a lot of the listed tasks.Have you seen the history of the cleaning plan? Interesting.
Oh, I do not miss those days at all....dial up and constant drop outs.

I remember first finding the Holiday Grand Plan, when my youngest was two: ten years ago! I'm in the UK, and I feel that's its only been the last few years that people here have been openly discussing Christmas earlier in the year. Thanks to YouTube I suspect.

I have started!! Even though it is drizzling outside I decided to start on the front porch. It is mostly undercover so not too bad. My loungeroom and bedroom windows are done as they both come off the porch. I also sprayed the letter box with bug spray and gave it a good clean. Will work on entry way on Friday and will clean the car over the weekend if the rain stops.
The calendar issue has been resolved and the updated calendars are now available on the site. Yay!
I want to get a head start. I haven't looked at the weather for the weekend, but my goal is to do the walkway & deck area this weekend. (Basically, the front porch portion.) I also have to pull weeds & clean up the garbage can area. It is so wonderful to be able to even do these things! Hurray for a titanium hip!
I think I have thought that there was one cleaning plan ... and I have learned over on HHP, recently, that there is that one and HGP. So, I have been reading on BOTH!
