I've finished addressing my Christmas cards, and I've bought all on my gifts.
My Halloween stuff is put away and my Thanksgiving stuff is out.
I'm going to make my cornbread and freeze it tomorrow then I will start making and freezing cookies.
This Christmas is going to be great!

I'm going to use it to make stuffing. so it will be cooked inside a big ol turkey!

I freeze cornbread all the time. There is just two of us so I always have leftovers. I just cut it and freeze in a ziploc bag. Pull out what I need for dinner, heat in microwave and butter.

Girl you can freeze just about anything except cooked rice and pasta!

Um, I freeze cooked rice quite a bit!! I use it for an Indian stirfry type dish that is better with cooked and cold rice (not freshly cooked IYKWIM), so handy to use leftovers from freezer. But have to freeze it straight away and use it as soon as defrosted.

I have a colleague who regularly freezes cheese - grates it and freezes in ziplocs.
