It's all your fault--stuffed meatballs

After reading about people making meatball subs (and making them myself) I have been looking at every recipe I see now. The stuffed meatballs sound good. I think I'm going to try this one. It can be tailor made to your family's taste buds. I'm thinking I could use white and cheddar cheese curds that we have made fresh here in dairy land.

Oh my goodness...I LOVE this! Combining two of my boys' favorite things...meatballs and cheese. I'm absolutely going to try this the next time I make meatballs.

I've done those with pieces of string cheese...so yummy! Thanks for refreshing that idea! I'll have to look for those mozzarella pearls and give that a try. Loved that blog...going to try the homemade hamburger bun recipe when school is out.
