I've been called Evil Caramel Sauce--heavenly!

I have been craving the famous ice cream sandwich sundaes (an ice cream sandwich, caramel, whipped cream and nuts). So tonight I decided to make caramel. Making it takes so much time if you use the 'boil a can of sweetened condensed milk for 3 hours' method. I didn't want to take the time so I used this recipe from Pioneer Woman. Easy and quick and excellent. Not for the lite eaters.

Anything caramel is my weakness. I will certainly be trying this!
