Jan.23--National PIE DAY!

Now I know why I am hungry for pie. arty: I went grocery shopping yesterday and all I wanted to look at were the pies.
(thoughts are contagious). My favorite pies are key lime, no 1 no 2 is pecan, no 3 is rhubarb. ( although I do like lemmon, coconut creme and french apple.

Ahorsesoul, THANK YOU for the recipe for the gluten-free pie crust/pie crust cookies! DH usually just leaves the crust of his pies, but I'll give this one a try and see what he thinks. Because it seems overwhelming for me to think 'gluten free', he often gets left out when I'm baking.

Oh no, now I have pie on my mind. Chicken pot pie, pecan, pumpkin. Probably Pecan since it's my favorite and the least health for me. lol
