In front of my computer
Monday-Oven fried chicken, roasted Brussels sprouts, Fries and Biscuits. Dinner was running late so only did the chicken and sprouts. Did make Cane sauce. I dipped my chicken and sprouts in it. Found the recipe online.

Thanks!!!!! That looks good and when I am off Whole 30 ... I'm making it! :)
Are your meal boxes Whole30 or is the family eating the recipes from the meal box and you are doing Whole30? Just curious how you are mixing it in with your family?

The Meal Kit is not Whole 30. So, for my 30 days ... I'm doing my own thing and DH and DS17 are eating the meals. We had only got the meal kit for two people as DH isn't a big veggie guy. I have to give it to him because he has moved out of his comfort zone and tried some veggies and DS was so impressed!!

So, I supplement the kit with an extra chicken, fish, or meatballs depending on the meal's meat. And sometimes DH gets ... mac & cheese box, can of tomato basil soup, tater tots, mashed or baked taters, etc.

I really would like to follow this thread this year and get back into some meal planning. DH would like to empty the freezers and use up what is in there so it is hard for me to prep. We will be having some interesting meals over the next few weeks.
