I'm afraid that this is a week late, apologies.
This week is The Power of Focus.
'When you stay focused and keep a commitment you create momentum, and momentum creates momentum' Rich Fettke.
To determine whether or not you have trouble focusing, answer the following questions:
1. Do you find yourself generatingso many new ideas that you never get started on one?
2.Are you easily distracted during the day and feel as though you never get aything done?
3.Does your business card or brochure list so many products or services that it sometimes confuses potential customers.
TAKE ACTION CHALLENGE.
During the next week pick a project or goal and devote your focused energy to it every day. Choose a pre planned amount of time and challenge yourself to stay on purpose.
Each time you're tempted to sway towards something else, bring your attention back to the present. When your mind starts to wander, use a simple mantra like ' I do complete work' Using this mantra will help you to biuld your focus muscle.
