Looking for a really good fondue recipe

We try to have Happy Hour once a week....sometimes friends stop in and other times it is just my husband and myself..... I have tried cheese fondues but never had a really good one.... I am sure some of you great cooks have a good one and maybe you would not mind sharing. Thanks!!!

I have trouble with the wine and cheese part. I found a Rachael Ray recipe on the Food Network website that uses cream cheese and mixes easily. At first it seemed like cheating, but if it tastes good, who cares?

Thanks!! I am going to have to go to Rachels site and see what she does. I also seen on Fine Living TV that there is a show comming up on how to make fondue and different recipes. I have 4 fondue pots...2 for chocolate and 2 for cheese, so I am ready when I find a good recipe

Connie.....MMMMMMM sounds good and I love your fondue pot. I have 4 but that is really a nice one. I am going to take more time later and go through your Blog, it looks like I could find a lot of ideas there.
