Oh, that sounds like fun, Katrina! I love the thrill of the hunt for a bargain!

Last week and this weekend were a blur. This week looks to be just as busy.

Daily:
  • Exercise
  • Calendar Review of Appointments/Meetings
  • Reading
  • Writing

Weekly:
  • Dust/Vacuum/Mop
  • Bills
  • Laundry
  • Menu Planning
  • Groceries
  • End of Week Reflection
  • Set Research/Writing Goals/Biographical Questions
  • Weed Garden

Monthly:
  • Catch up week

I'm not adding in any extra work. There are a lot of loose ends that need to be attended to this week, if possible.

The struggle is real. Like Diedra said just make small changes. Set yourself some little goals and see how you go.

Oh, I know that feeling... Since January, I try to get my exercise done in the morning. I record a weekly 20 minute long PBS Classical Stretching program and do that because at 6 am, before breakfast and coffee, I am a zombie. I just follow along. I have breakfast and coffee and then I will get in my cardio with a walk or the elliptical if I don't have appointments next.

I've found that tying in my cardio with a podcast helps me to keep on when I get bored. Other times I switch it up and watch You Tube videos while on the elliptical. I've also done cardio Leslie Sansone style while watching Hallmark movies to switch it up.

A walking partner is also nice. Dh and I will try to get in a walk after dinner but sometimes that doesn't work with meetings and weather. Often when I'm having a long conversation on the phone, I will walk circles through the house or in our back yard. If I'm on the phone for over an hour, I easily log in 3 miles.
