I took a couple steps last week to do just that. I've been paying for a massage membership every month for a year now and hadn't had one. What's that all about?? I mean, they are paid for and I can't find time. Craziness is what it was. So last week I had a massage and a facial in the same week. I gave one to my daughter and I still have 8 left. So for the next few months, I'm going to do just that and get both done!
I also finally called to make an appt with a new primary doctor. Mine retired back in October and I hadn't researched a new doctor for myself or my daughter. That's done!
I've also been suffering from some serious foot pain since October of last year. I finally called and made an appt with the foot specialist and vow to get that out of the way as well. Why walk around in pain, when I don't even know what's causing it. I've been assuming it's Plantar Fasciitis, but what if it's not.
I also called my dad who I hadn't talked to in forever. We spoke 2x last week. It didn't go exactly as I wanted, but it's a start in rejuvenating that relationship as well.
