My Valentine display

I have never decorated for Valentine's Day. No real reason, just never got into it I guess. lol. Well, I came across my childhood Valentine's a few years back & thought they would make a cute display. I finally decided how to use them when I found two shadow box/message centers at T.J. Maxx ($12.99 each). Not the best pics, but I think it gives you a general idea.

There are four more pictures if you look past the first one. The Valentine's are all 30-35 years old. When I see them they make me smile. DH say's they are from all my old boyfriends. Only the pink elephant is from an "almost" boyfriend....he asked and I said no. I was only 7 & not ready for a relationship at the time. lol.

That is really neat. I think just recently the kids threw theirs away and I don't have mine. Unless g'ma kept them in my stuff from early grade school yrs.. will have to check one of these days. TFS!
