October 31 – November 6

• Monday ~ Whole chicken; chop salad
• Tuesday ~ Chili from freezer
• Wednesday ~ Pork chops; salad
• Thursday ~ Leftover chicken and dumplings
• Friday ~ Salmon; salad
• Saturday ~ Lunch with Norton’s (split salad with Margaret)
• Sunday breakfast ~ Bread pudding (found a recipe for two)
• Sunday (DH cooks) ~ Short Ribs

I am eating from the pantry/freezer to finish out this week as I didn't shop after getting back from SC. I'm making the menu up as I go! Wheeeeeeeeeee! LOL

Today was ground meat, green chilies, and shredded cheddar cheese taken from the freezer. I made rice with Taco seasoning pack and pulled out a can of refried beans. I am throwing together a Taco Casserole!

1-So far veggies and homemade french onion dip. Dh just said this could be dinner So I might not make anything else. Ok, he said that was enough for him with ice cream for dessert.
2-Tacos-may make my mom’s Spanish Rice to go with them.
3-Ribs from the freezer-I have been on a rib kick lately with baked potatoes and a salad
4-Thinking maybe Chicken wings (since everything has been finger food so far) with Roasted Brussels Sprouts with bacon.
5-Shrimp pasta
6-Smoked turkey, Havarti cheese hot Sandwich on a pita with Cranberry aioli

Oct 31 - Out running errands so we picked up dinner at Panda Express - Mushroom Chicken for me, Orange Chicken and Beef with Broccoli for Vic - really need to find copycat recipes for these
Nov 1 - Salmon, Rice, P. F. Chang's Home Menu Crispy Green Beans (these turn out great in the air fryer)
Nov 2 - Leftover Chicken in Tomato-Garlic Sauce, Rice
Nov 3 - Salmon, Rice, Brussels Sprouts
Nov 4 - Pizza (Boboli crust but other than that, homemade) and homemade Buffalo Wings (another great dish in the air fryer)
Nov 5 - Heading up to see Sophia so will probably pick something up on the way home
Nov 6 - Potluck at Financial Peace University - we're picking up lumpia

Cranberry relish and Mayo mixed a little. I use deli smoked turkey unless I have leftover turkey slices. Enjoy

Wednesday -- on the road / craft class 6:00 to 8:00
Thursday -- chicken a' la king over biscuits, salad
Friday -- mac & cheese topped with BBQ pulled pork
Saturday -- baked ziti, salad, garlic bread
Sunday -- crock-pot pot roast with potatoes and vegetables, salad

Nov 9 - Egg Rolls, Rice
Nov 10 - Flank Steak, Roasted Potatoes (air roasted in the air fryer - so good!), Vegetable TBD
Nov 11 - Heading to Sophia's so will pick up something when we're out
Nov 12 - Finger Foods Potluck at our small group's game night - we're bringing our usual - Lumpia - and I think I'll play around with some mini desserts
Nov 13 - Crock Pot Chicken in Tomato-Garlic Sauce, Rice
