Paper Wreath

I have discovered the wonders of Pinterest. With Valentine's coming up in a month I have been Pinterest looking for projects. I found a paper wreath to make for Valentine's Day.

It is easy enough for kids to make but fun enough for an adult to make. Colorful scrapbook paper would likely be best for the project (I used construction paper and it still worked).

This certianly would be easy and fun. So many different papers to us now a days. I was thinking it would be neat to use photos of the kids pasted on the inside of the paper hearts.

I made some similar hearts last year after I saw them on Etsy. The ones I made were double hearts. You just make a smaller size heart inside the first one. They turn out really nice if you have double sided scrapbook paper. Or, you can glue two sheets of patterned paper together before you cut the strips.
