I don't feel like I accomplished anything that I wrote out for 2023. I feel like I was in survival mode the entire year. LIke Annie said, this is NOT how I want 2024 to be for me.
I really need to take a hard look at what I want for this coming year and make some major changes. Survival mode is no place to live, it's just a place to visit for a short time and I have set up camp there for far too long. It's time to take care of myself in all aspects- mental, physical, emotional, etc.
