Potato Candy

Does anyone have a good recipe for Potato Candy? My husband asked me for a recipe and well I don't know what it is! I will check online but I know this is a valuable place to start!

I don't have a recipe, but I'd like one too. When I was teaching a student gave me some as a gift at Christmas and it was delicious!

Do you put sour cream and chives on top? I've never heard of potato candy but I'm also looking forward to a tried and true recipe.

have you googled it? I remember seeing a recipe for it somewhere. It might have also been in the recipe drawer at my grandfathers. Not sure

It is made with mashed potato and powdered sugar for the most part. I see if I find a recipe for you too. Yes I'm in Idaho.

When I googled it most of the recipes have peanut butter too. There are a lot of recipes on the internet. Of course I can't say any of them are good. I sure hope we find someone who has a tried and true recipe
