I went to a luncheon a few weeks ago and tasted a brown sugar cookie. It was delicious! Anyway, I have gone through all of my cookbooks--and looked online for some--and found one or two online. But before I tried them--I wanted to ask you all if you had a recipe that you had baked for this type of cookie?

Also, do you happen to know where one finds ladyfingers? I have a recipe for Tirasmisu (not sure I spelled that correctly!) that requires ladyfingers--and I've never seen any of those in the store before! Can anyone help me?

I have made a sugar cookie recipe where I substituted brown sugar for the white sugar and used real butter and those were delicious!

Lady fingers can be found in the bakery section of most stores. If your store has a bakery area, ask the baker for assistance.

When I make Tiramisu, I now use either a sponge cake or an angle food cake instead of lady fingers. Lady Fingers are hard to find in some areas.

Brown Sugar cookies sound good. I hope someone has a recipe.
