I am requesting recipes to be included in our Casserole/Soup of the Week Club!

South west cassarole

1 can black beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can diced tomato's
1 lb. hamburger
1 cup long grain rice
2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 cup cheddar cheese grated
brown hamburger in cast iron frying pan,;when it has finish browning,add the cup of uncooked rice and stir it good add enough water to barely cover the rice and put lid on pan.
cook 10 minutes stir add more water if rice isnt done. add seasoning and can foods. move skillet to oven and sprinkle cheddar over the top and heat until cheese has melted.
