Good day!

What's cooking for dinner at your house? Since Thursdays are the day that I feel the most run down, we're having Turkey Club Sandwiches, Chips and Pickles. Simple and satisfying!

Blessings,
Lisa

Not really sure.

Maybe pancakes.

Or hot ham and cheese.

or spaghetti.

Okay, I think spaghetti~it is fast, good and easy. DS doesn't eat it but he will have hamburger.

good idea Spaghetti sounds goods for the kids. I will cook some chicken breast to go w/ it, they like it that way.

DH will have to fend for himself. Once he started his new diet I told him I would do what I could but I can't cook 2 meals. Plus when/what he wants to eat has changed and Thur is soccer night for DS2. I'll cook him some extra chicken.

In front of my computer
Today is Turkey Day so yes, turkey is on the menu. A stir fry so something one could do with leftovers. Unless I decide to put in more time and make fried turkey balls.

I like my spaghetti w/ chicken as well. Normally I fry it up a bit, with italian and garlic seasoning. Last time they had some great chicken sausage on sale, so I got some of that. My husband proceeded to tell me the sausage was weird and not "browned" very well. That's when I busted his bubble and told him it was chicken sausage. I don't think he was to excited..but I thought it was good!

Okay, in honor of turkey day I think I'll go pick up some turkey and come up with something yummy for dinner. That sounds sooo good!

Pan fried ham steak

veg of some sort.

Kind of a holiday (Thanksgiving) feel to it.

I did make a turkey breast in the crockpot with a new recipe and my DD LOVED it. She's not a big turkey fan, so that is great news. We also had stuffing, roasted brocoli and cranberry sauce. It was soooo yummy!
