I need this to keep me on track, particularly with my health goals.
This is my birthday week and I have a lot of fun stuff planned. So, this week if I keep my health and fitness goals in check, house stuff, etc. can wait until next week.
Health:
* Breakfast before work-M, T, W, Th, F- 100%%%%%%
* 2 fruits, 3 veggies per day- M, T, Th
* Workout- 4 times-M, Th
* Get waters in- upping my consumption-M, T, Th
House:
* As long as it's picked up and cleaned before I go to Tucson Saturday that's all I care about.
FUN!:
* Movie with niece- The Fault in our Stars- Monday: DONE
* Lady Antebellum Concert- Tuesday: DONE
* Birthday lunch with childhood friends- Saturday:
* Girls Night at resort in Tucson for Birthday: Saturday:
* Cake and ice cream with parents, brother's family: Sunday:
