7:50 a.m.- Kids to bus XXXXX
8:30 a.m.- Head to library in town XXXX
9-11 a.m.- Microsoft Class (Mon-Thurs) XXXX

12-3 p.m.- USO Training (Tue) X
11:30-2:30 p.m.- USO Training (Wed, Fri)XX

NEED a healthy, fit week! Let's do this!

Health

* Breakfast before work: M, T, W

* 2 fruits, 3 veggies, daily M, T, W, Th, Sun

* 5 workouts: M, T, W, Th

* Waters on weekend

Chores/Social/Other

* Monday night football- Az. Cardinals vs. San Diego Chargers- my house: DONE!

* No tech Tues/Th- Work on holiday prep plans, clean, organize- at least 2 hours per night: DONE

* Cards/correspondence

* At Least 5 magazines- out the door!

* Make pasta salad for dinner at friends- Friday- DONE

* Get Taste of Home Tickets- EARLY Saturday morning- DONE

* Dinner at friends- Saturday- DONE

* Watch UofA game- Saturday- DONE

* Make pot roast/dinner with parents- Sunday- DONE

Have a few thing scheduled this week.
Deep clean dining room and kitchen if I get time.
Drilldance training Wednesday afternoon,
dinner with friends Wednesday night.
work Thursday and Friday,
haircuts Saturday.

At some stage drop books to the library,
pop into doctors to pick up scripts,
start drinking more water,
look into some new recipes

That is about it for me.
